If you’d prefer not to enter via social media, you can submit your entry by email.
To enter, please email your photo to info@vpauk.com.

Your full name
Farm name (optional)
A short description of the photo
Confirmation that you agree to the Competition Terms & Conditions
Important: By submitting your photo by email, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Competition Terms & Conditions and grant Vencomatic Group permission to use your image for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where possible.
What We’re Looking For
Real-life photos of Vencomatic equipment on your farm
Safe, correct use of equipment
Clear, well-lit images (phone photos are absolutely fine)
We love showcasing real farms and real conditions, perfection isn’t required.
Terms & Conditions
By entering this competition, you confirm that:

Photo Competition – Terms & Conditions
Vencomatic Poultry UK
1. Organiser The competition is organised by Vencomatic Poultry UK, part of Vencomatic Group and all its subsidiaries (together referred to as “Vencomatic Group”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland only.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Vencomatic Poultry UK, Vencomatic Group and all its subsidiaries may participate unless otherwise stated.
3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the competition in one of the following ways:
a) Social Media Entry
Share an original photograph of Vencomatic Group equipment in action in the comments on our 'Enter to Win a Winter Hamper' post
b) Email Entry
Email your original photograph to info@vpauk.com.
The email must include:
Full name
Country of residence (UK or Ireland)
Farm name (optional)
A short description of the photo
A statement confirming agreement to these Terms & Conditions
Both entry methods are treated equally. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Image Ownership and Participant Responsibilities
Participants confirm that they are the owner of the submitted image(s) and hold all necessary rights.
Submitted images must not infringe the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of any third party.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the image accurately represents Vencomatic Group equipment and shows safe and correct use.
5. Licence to Use Submitted Images
By entering the competition, participants grant Vencomatic Group and all its subsidiaries, including Vencomatic Poultry UK, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish and distribute the submitted images for marketing, promotional and communication purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Social media channels
Websites
Marketing and sales materials
Digital and printed publications
Presentations, exhibitions and trade shows
Where reasonably possible, credit will be given to the participant when images are used.
6. Consent and Permissions
Participants confirm that any identifiable individuals appearing in the image have given consent for the photograph to be taken and used for the purposes described in these Terms & Conditions.
Participants confirm that all necessary permissions have been obtained for any private property, animals, or locations shown.
7. Content Guidelines
Submitted images must:
Be relevant to Vencomatic Group equipment
Not contain offensive, misleading or inappropriate content
Not depict unsafe practices or misuse of equipment
Vencomatic Poultry UK reserves the right to reject or remove any submission that does not comply with these guidelines.
8. Prize
The prize consists of a luxury hamper and Vencomatic-branded items as described in the competition announcement.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
Alcoholic products will only be awarded to winners aged 18 or over.
9. Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected as outlined in the competition announcement.
The decision of Vencomatic Poultry UK is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Notification
The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, Vencomatic Poultry UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
11. Data Protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for administering the competition and related communications.
Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR, Irish data protection legislation and GDPR where applicable.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties outside Vencomatic Group and all its subsidiaries without consent, unless required by law.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vencomatic Poultry UK, Vencomatic Group and all its subsidiaries accept no responsibility for:
Lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries
Technical failures or issues beyond their control
Any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize
13. Platform Disclaimer
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it is promoted.
14. Changes and Cancellation
Vencomatic Poultry UK reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control require.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, Scotland (where applicable), and Ireland, and subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws that apply based on the participant’s place of residence.
